They say “Vegans can’t get protien” – I say “watch me”. 5 ingredients + 1 rice cooker = 55 g protein. This is the easiest meal prep you’ll ever do and you barely have to do ANY cooking.

Just throw all of your ingredients into your rice cooker and go live your life for an hour (aka hit the gym)! Say Grace Protein is the star of the show (besides me of course)! Top it off with a healthy fat like avocado and your favorite sauce and DONE!

Ingredients

  • 140g Say Grace vegan protein shreds (Use my Discount Code: BodybuildingVegan)
  • 140g Jasmine Rice
  • 300g Sugar Snap Pea Stir-Fry Mix
  • 50g avocado
  • Soy Sauce (to taste)
  • Garlic powder
  • Garlic & herb seasoning
  • Water

Preparation (2 Servings)

Step 1: Add 140g of Say Grace protein shreds and 140g of jasmine rice to your rice cooker.

Step 2: Coat with garlic powder, garlic & herb seasoning, and a splash of soy sauce.

Step 3: Pour in 560g of water (double the amount of rice and protein) for the perfect texture.

Step 4: Toss in your sugar snap pea stir-fry mix, close the lid, and press start. Then allow the rice cooker to handle the rest.

Step 5: Once it’s done, mix everything up and split into two servings.

Step 6: Top each with 50g of avocado for some healthy fats  and enjoy!
