Over 30 pounds of fat lost in under 6 months! Sergio was unhappy with his bodyfat levels. He wanted to get lean, not just for his health, or just for his performance, but also for his desire to use his body as a way to help others decide to go vegan and plant based.

We put Sergio on a tailored training plan to focus on building muscle, losing fat and ensuring enough recovery so he could progress in the gym while still dropping pounds each week. We created a meal plan with foods he enjoys, and instead of focusing on restriction, we focused on implementing a meal off plan per week that allowed Sergio to enjoy new foods while still burning fat.

Sergio feels confident in his new body. He has always been a vegan activist, but now he can proudly show that veganism not only saves animals, it can build phenomenal physiques when done right. He is stronger, leaner and happier than when he began this journey, and we’re not done yet!
