The MoonMan TVP Bowl (coined by friend Justin, @moonmanveganfitness) requires you to get a permit from NASA because the gainz you’ll get are out of this world!
With an antigravity, muscle-building 67 grams of protein, this Moonman bowl keeps you full (as a full moon), helps your muscles recover faster, and takes your nutrition to infinity and beyond!
This is a recipe which fits my macros, please feel free to change the ingredients amount to fit your macros best! If you want more carbs, add more oats. If you’d like more protein, add more TVP or protein powder.
Ingredients
- 50g of oats
- 50g of TVP
- 100g canned pumpkin
- 50g Vedge cinnamon roll protein powder (Use code: TheBodybuildingVegan to save 15%)
- 100g coconut milk yogurt
- 100g blueberries
- Cinnamon
- Salt
- Sugar-free syrup
- Water
Instructions
Step 1: Measure out 50g of oats and 50g of TVP into a bowl. Using a food scale will ensure you are tracking your calories and macros accurately.
Step 2: Add water to your bowl, there should be about an inch covering the oats and TVP.
Step 3: Microwave for 3 minutes and 33 seconds. I’m all about the angel numbers 😉
Step 4: After it’s cooked, stir in 100g canned pumpkin and 50g Vedge protein powder. Place it back into the microwave for 2 minutes and 22 seconds this time.
Step 5: Once it’s done, top it off with 100g coconut milk yogurt and 100g blueberries. This adds the perfect mix of probiotics and healthy fats. The blueberries add extra freshness and will help the bowl cool down.
Step 8: Finish your Moonman TVP Bowl off with some cinnamon, salt, and sugar-free syrup. Enjoy!
