I’ve been vegan for 19 years. It’s been a core part of who I am, but for a long time, I kept it to myself.  I thought just living the lifestyle and not contributing to harm was enough. But over time, I realized that not speaking about it doesn’t change anything.

That’s why I started being vocal.  My mission is to share my journey,  share how living vegan positively impacts my training, my mindset, and my approach to life, and inspire others to live vegan too.
