Before working with John I had no clue what I was doing on my fitness journey. I knew I wanted to build a habit of going to the gym, lose some weight, and build some muscle so I signed up for HIIT classes, Zumba, and tried out all the machines I could to learn how to train.
Although I did succeed at building a new habit along with building some muscle, I wasn’t losing much fat and I was not seeing consistent progress at the gym. I knew if I wanted to see real progress I would have to invest in myself and hire a coach that could guide me on my journey.
I knew John would be the perfect fit because he is empathetic, knowledgeable, and professional yet he doesn’t sugar coat anything. From day 1 he provided me with all the tools necessary to help me succeed in reaching my goals. He continues to re-evaluate my journey and dial in anywhere we need to so I can continue to see progress.
In just 3 months I’ve learned a wealth of valuable information that has helped me reshape my body and most importantly my mindset. John is so much more than a coach. He is a guide and a friend who reminds me every day how strong I truly am. He believes in me and pushes me to bring my best to the table. We continue to work as a team as he is always willing to listen, offer feedback, and coach me through the process.
I am extremely grateful for all the work he has done to help me lose weight, get strong, and be the healthiest version of me I’ve ever been.
